Objectives
Through Business Constellations, it is possible to:
- improve company performance
- identify and transform conflicts within the company: in a department, team, board of directors, dynamics among colleagues, etc.
- recognize and resolve critical issues regarding the success of the company and customer relationships.
- gain and integrate new perspectives
- gain a broader and deeper understanding of relational dynamics and greater self-awareness
What Are Business Constellations?
This tool is based on Family and Systemic Constellations created by Bert Hellinger.
With Business Constellations, the root cause of a professional issue can be brought to light in very little time and subsequently transformed. Thanks to the insights that surface during the session, decision-making becomes clearer to resolve issues and enhance the overall quality of the business.
Methodology
The work is conducted in a group setting. Participants are invited to act as "representatives" for departments, units, products, clients, projects, goals, etc., using the same approach as a Soul Family Constellation.
In this way, the following are immediately highlighted:
- inadequate or inefficient operational structures
- internal conflicts
- external conflicts
- patterns of self-sabotage
- obstacles hindering professional and business success
Following the exploratory phase, the process moves toward transforming the true causes of the imbalance, restoring respect and harmony to the business.
