The Systemic and Family Constellations method is based on the premise that unresolved existential issues and relational conflicts within the family of origin can be transmitted from one generation to another, manifesting in everyday life, in romantic relationships, and along one's path of self-realization.
The purpose of working with Family Constellations—whether in an individual or group setting—is to recognize and resolve entanglements, identifications, and replacements, bring clarity to interpersonal relationships, reconstruct the family unit by reintroducing members who may have been excluded, and restore order, balance, and harmony within the family.
