Family Tree
To prepare for working with Soul Family Constellations, it is important to gather as much information as possible about your ancestors[cite: 1]. A good technique is to create your own Family Tree[cite: 1].
For each woman / man, write down their first name, last name, date of birth and, if they are no longer living, their date of death[cite: 1]. In the case of married couples, it can be helpful to include the wedding date[cite: 1].
Some information might not be immediately available[cite: 1]. Ask for help from those who are still alive[cite: 1]. Keeping your sensitivity active, explore whether this relative is willing to share even very painful events that might be kept as family secrets[cite: 1].
There are many tools on the internet to create a Family Tree ( Canva, MyHeritage, ..) but my advice is to start working on paper[cite: 1].
Painful Situations

Anything that brings pain into the family system can be transformed through the work of Soul Family Constellations [cite: 1]
Any event:
- abortion / miscarriage
- early death
- accident
- murder
- suicide
- death in war
- war crime
Any wound:
- rejection
- abandonment
- injustice
- humiliation
- betrayal
Anything that has led to excluding an ancestor from the family can be reconciled, moving past judgment or guilt for what happened, simply by remembering this woman / man because they are part of our family[cite: 1].
Inspiration for Soul Family Constellation Work

The question is the key to beginning a Soul Family Constellation[cite: 1]. Here are some suggestions to work on:
- my relationship with: my family members, my partner, my parents, my relatives
- my emotional balance: anxiety, fear, insecurity, unresolved grief, feeling of shame, feeling of guilt, anger, depression, resignation, apathy
- my addiction: to substances, drugs, sex, food, escaping responsibility
- my space: lack of protection, invasion of space, my truth, my home, my tribe
- my life: my self-fulfillment, job satisfaction, my expression, my creativity, my purpose, my recognition, my values
- union with others and with the Prime Creator: my sacred Feminine and Masculine
- experiencing one of the five wounds: rejection, abandonment, injustice, humiliation, betrayal
The question is nonetheless a starting point for the work[cite: 1]. It may happen that during the Constellation, the Field leads to exploring unexpected paths that allow us to receive the information we need to make a step forward in our Evolution[cite: 1].
What to Bring

Inside the Temple, we work without shoes[cite: 1]. We recommend:

Recommendations

During the session, we kindly ask you to keep your cell phone switched off or silent, and preferably outside the Temple[cite: 1].
